Therefore, nowadays rancher try to catch up with the customers will who want to get the balance of health and appetite. Then they try to process the meats without adding artificial ingredients. The animals are raised without giving additional hormones and antibiotics. They are naturally grown. Instead of raising-way the parentage of the breeds also take role in order to obtain good tenderness and marbling breeds. Ranchers also feed their livestocks with vegetarian feeds.

There are 3 kinds of smoked meats. Raw, half-done and well-done. Raw meat will be cooked only in few minutes, half-done meat will be cooked until the meats are going to mellow. Well-done meats will be cooked until the meats mellow and sometimes burnt.
